For staffing
Amenity staffing, priced per guard hour.
Requests for proposals from communities near your yard land on your dashboard. You choose which ones to answer, at your own price, under your own name. The community reads the proposals that came in and picks one.
Free to join. The trade below is already ticked when you get there.
What it looks like from your side
What you read, and what you send back.
The request
A community writes what it wants done and how often, and every company on the list for that trade sees the same document. Nothing is routed to you and nothing is withheld from anyone else.
The ground it covers
Each staffed pool and gate named on the map, counted as its own unit. It is drawn from parcel data rather than measured on site, and that count is what your guard-hour rate multiplies against.
What you send back
Your own proposal, priced in guard hour, at a rate per staffed pool — two pools is two units. You set the number, you keep your brand, and you invoice the community yourself when the work is done.
The people on the job keep their own names here too: certified lifeguards, pool attendants, gate monitors, a lifeguard supervisor.
Before your first proposal
What we ask a staffing company for.
- General liability
- Workers’ compensation
- Background check
A person here reads each certificate and records its expiration date.
A staffing company that puts lifeguards on a pool deck files a fourth document as well: a current lifeguard certification.
The credential your trade issues
A Red Cross certificate, or an Ellis & Associates license — the word follows the document. We record it with its expiration date.
What the community sees you produce
The current certificate held at the pool, and the EAP, post orders and in-service training log.
Your dashboard
The account is free, and this is what comes with it.

Dispatch Board
Open boardYou work staffing alone, so the board shows nothing on it but the shifts you are covering. Completing one needs a photo of the finished job, plus the hours and the positions covered.

This shift’s report
- Hours coveredRequired
- Positions coveredRequired
- Peak headcount on siteOptional
- Attendance checksOptional
- IncidentsOptional
Staffing is billed on hours covered, so an unrecorded hour is an unbillable one. Incidents stay optional — requiring the field would only teach your attendants to type "none".
Lifeguard post
- Certified lifeguards on dutyRequired
- Rescues / assistsOptional
A work order naming a lifeguard asks for these on top of the shift report. The count on the stand is what proves the credential after the fact.
