The request
A community writes what it wants done and how often, and every company on the list for that trade sees the same document. Nothing is routed to you and nothing is withheld from anyone else.
The ground it covers
The pool decks and water features inside the community envelope. It is drawn from parcel data rather than measured on site, so you can count the bodies of water a stop covers before you ever drive it.
What you send back
Your own proposal, priced in per stop and per month, with chems in or chems out priced separately. You set the number, you keep your brand, and you invoice the community yourself when the work is done.
The people on the job keep their own names here too: techs on the route, a mechanic for repairs.
