For porter & cleaning
Porter and cleaning work, by the loop.
Requests for proposals from communities near your yard land on your dashboard. You choose which ones to answer, at your own price, under your own name. The community reads the proposals that came in and picks one.

What it looks like from your side
What you read, and what you send back.
The request
A community writes what it wants done and how often, and every company on the list for that trade sees the same document. Nothing is routed to you and nothing is withheld from anyone else.
The ground it covers
The amenity buildings, walks and gathering areas the loop covers. It is drawn from parcel data rather than measured on site, so what you are reading is the extent of the loop before you set the hours against it.
What you send back
Your own proposal, priced in hours per visit and visits per week — a 5-day or daily program. You set the number, you keep your brand, and you invoice the community yourself when the work is done.
The people on the job keep their own names here too: porters on the loop, working a program the board sets.
Before your first proposal
What we ask a porter and cleaning company for.
- General liability
- Workers’ compensation
- Background check
A person here reads each certificate and records its expiration date.
The credential your trade issues
CIMS, issued by ISSA — the company credential this trade bids with. We record it with its expiration date.
What the community sees you produce
The per-visit service report, and the inspection score with its corrective actions.

Dispatch Board
Open boardThere is no service filter here, because porter work is all you do, and every loop on the board is yours. Completing one needs a photo of the finished job, plus the routes walked and the bags collected.
