Clock on at the stop
Checking in stamps the arrival against that work order. It is one write, so it happens on the list itself rather than behind a page load on a phone with one bar.
Employee app
Each employee gets their own login: today’s stops with the address, one tap to say they have arrived, and the completion recorded on the spot with photographs and the readings the trade requires.

On the phone
Trade, community, address, when it was due, and the single control that advances it. Sized for a thumb in sunlight.
Three screens, drawn from the product they come out of. Add an employee and they get the same three.

What it does
Your crew works off the day’s list, and the community reads each recorded visit on its own dashboard.
Checking in stamps the arrival against that work order. It is one write, so it happens on the list itself rather than behind a page load on a phone with one bar.
Photographs of the finished work and the readings the trade requires, checked separately because they fail separately. That is what closes the visit.
The same dialog, opened over a completed order. It attaches the missing photograph without reopening the visit or moving its clock, so the record of when the work happened stays true.
The community reads the recorded visit and its photographs on their own dashboard. Nobody has to assemble a report later from memory.
Who sees what
A field login and the account holder share one company record. A field login never shows what the company is paid.
| Today’s stops and their controls | Both logins. |
|---|---|
| Their own certifications and expirations | Both logins. |
| What the company is paid per visit | The account holder only. |
| Receivables and payouts | The account holder only. |
| Invite and suspend employees | The account holder only. |
Running the roster
Suspending is the act that stops the charge, and it is the only act that does. The person stays in the record with the date.
Invited
They show on the roster from the moment you invite them.
On the app
They get their own login, the day’s stops, and one control per stop.
Suspended
Their record and their dates stay while they are off the app.
A number of employees comes with HOAcrew+, and the rate above that is one figure on the vendor pricing page rather than a line in a menu. Past the point where a per-employee rate stops making sense, you state the count you need on that page and an account manager raises the ceiling on your account.
