Your own invoice, your own number, your own terms

You issue it from HOAcrew, in your own name and on your own number. The board reads it on one screen with every other invoice.

  • Bank transfer (ACH)

Stripe charges the paying community its ACH price on a line of its own.

Card and bank payment inside HOAcrew switches on when the processor is connected, and the rates above are what each way to pay costs once it does. Today your invoice goes out in your own name, and the community pays you on the payment details printed on it.

You send your own invoice, under your own name and number, on the same terms as every other company here. The community reads it on one screen with every other invoice it gets, and pays you on the payment details printed on it. Record the payment on your invoices page and the invoice closes.

Getting approved with a management company

$49 a year, per management company. It buys a review by a person, and you pay it either way that review goes. A complete file is answered in 2 business days, and you get 30 days to fix anything it turns up.

What the review checks

Staying current

Free, for as long as you are listed. Three documents before you can propose: general liability, workers’ compensation, and the credential your trade requires. Your business registration and W-9 are verified on the same file. The insurance and the credential are what let you propose.

See what each document gates

How the approval fee scales

$49 × each management company × every year

One approval covers every community a management company manages, so the fee follows companies rather than communities. Add another and it repeats at the same price.

What approval costs a company each year: $49 for each management company it stays approved with.
1 management company$49/yr each
3 management companies$49/yr each$147 in total
10 management companies$49/yr each$490 in total

The work and the record

You price the work. HOAcrew keeps the record.

You price it. Your guys do it. The contract is between you and the community, and HOAcrew keeps who came, when, and the photos.

Moving the money

See who charges for a card, a bank transfer and an early payout

Stripe charges for running a card, and Stripe keeps it. A bank transfer arrives in full. Taking your money early is optional, and that fee is ours.

2.9% + $0.30
Credit or debit card

Stripe’s price for running the card. Stripe charges it to the paying community as its own line on the invoice, grossed up so the line also covers Stripe’s cut of itself, and Stripe keeps it. The line is capped at 3% of the amount due, and HOAcrew absorbs whatever Stripe charges above the cap.

Stripe charges the paying community its ACH price on a line of its own.

$35 + 3%
Quick payout, if you take it early

Optional. Charged once, on the money you take early, and never on the normal schedule.
