The request
A community writes what it wants done and how often, and every company on the list for that trade sees the same document. Nothing is routed to you and nothing is withheld from anyone else.
The ground it covers
The green common ground, with private lots and road surface already taken out. It is drawn from parcel data rather than measured on site. The acreage a request carries is an upper limit on the ground, never a measurement of it.
What you send back
Your own proposal, priced in crew-hour, annual visit count, and cost per door. You set the number, you keep your brand, and you invoice the community yourself when the work is done.
The people on the job keep their own names here too: a crew, a crew lead, an account manager.
